Only the services clearly mentioned in the approved scope will be considered included. Any additional requirement, revision, extra work, urgent request or third-party cost may be charged separately.
- Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation. If no validity period is mentioned, the quotation will be valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
Prices may change due to supplier revision, currency fluctuation, shipping cost changes, government duty/tax changes, marketplace fee changes, third-party vendor charges or scope changes.
Unless clearly mentioned, prices do not include government duties, taxes, customs charges, freight, insurance, marketplace fees, ad spend, domain, hosting, software, plugin, paid tools, inspection charges or third-party costs.
- Payment Terms
Payment terms will be mentioned in the proposal, invoice or written confirmation.
Dockwin may require advance payment before starting work. For monthly services, payment is generally required in advance for the billing cycle.
Work may be paused, delayed or stopped if payment is not received on time. Any loss, delay or additional cost caused by delayed payment shall be the client’s responsibility.

Dockwin will not be responsible for delay, rejection, account issue, shipment issue, compliance issue, listing issue, advertising issue or financial loss caused by incomplete, incorrect, late or misleading information from the client.
- Third-Party Platforms and Vendors
Many Dockwin services depend on third-party platforms, vendors and authorities such as marketplaces, shipping companies, customs authorities, banks, payment gateways, suppliers, manufacturers, ad platforms, hosting providers, domain providers and government departments.
Dockwin is not responsible for downtime, rejection, delay, policy change, price change, penalty, suspension, delivery issue or technical issue caused by third parties.
- Intellectual Property
All website content, design, text, graphics, brand elements, service documents and other materials created by Dockwin remain the property of Dockwin unless transferred in writing.
Client-owned logos, product images, brand assets, documents and business information remain the property of the client.
Work created specifically for the client will be delivered for business use after full payment is received. Source files, editable files, raw files and internal working documents are not included unless specifically agreed.

Confidential information may be shared only when required for service execution, legal compliance, government requirement, marketplace process, logistics coordination or with written permission.

Dockwin may collect information such as name, phone number, email address, business details, enquiry details, documents, website usage data and communication history.

- Limitation of Liability
Dockwin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business interruption, shipment delay, marketplace suspension, customs action, customer complaint or third-party failure.
In any case, Dockwin’s maximum liability shall be limited to the service fee paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Government charges, supplier payments, freight, ad spend, marketplace fees, taxes and third-party costs are excluded from liability calculation.
- Force Majeure
Dockwin will not be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemic, government restrictions, customs delay, internet failure, server downtime, shipping disruption, port congestion, marketplace outage or supplier default.
- Termination of Service
Dockwin may terminate or pause service if the client:
- Fails to make payment
- Provides false information
- Engages in illegal activity
- Violates marketplace or trade rules
- Misuses Dockwin’s work or resources
- Delays approvals for an unreasonable period
- Behaves abusively with team members
- Requests work outside legal or ethical boundaries
In such cases, no refund will be provided for work already completed, time spent or costs incurred.
