  • Multi-portal listing support
  • Website development and online brand support, where agreed

The exact deliverables, timeline and pricing will be based on the proposal, invoice, quotation, email approval or service agreement.

  1. Client Responsibility

The client must provide all required information, documents, approvals and access on time. This may include:

  • Business registration documents
  • GST, PAN, bank details and address proof
  • Brand documents, trademark details or authorization letters
  • Product images, videos and descriptions
  • Product pricing, MRP, tax information and inventory details
  • Packaging, weight, dimensions and shipping details
  • Marketplace login access or user permissions
  • Approval for content, creatives, ads and campaigns
  • Product compliance documents, wherever required

Delay in providing information, documents, access or approval may delay project execution. Dockwin will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect client inputs.

  1. Marketplace Approval and Platform Dependency

Marketplace services are dependent on the rules, systems and approval processes of third-party platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other online marketplaces.

Dockwin can assist with account setup, documentation, listing, optimization and communication support, but final approval, rejection, account health decisions, category approval, brand approval, product visibility and policy enforcement are controlled by the respective marketplace.

Dockwin does not guarantee account approval, category approval, product ranking, sales volume, ad performance, Buy Box eligibility, listing visibility or reinstatement success unless specifically agreed in writing.

  1. Product Listing and Content Accuracy

The client is responsible for ensuring that all product information provided to Dockwin is accurate and legally compliant, including:

  • Product title
  • Description
  • Features
  • Ingredients or material details
  • MRP and selling price
  • Product dimensions
  • Country of origin
  • Warranty information
  • Safety information
  • Usage instructions
  • Certifications and compliance documents

Dockwin may create or optimize listings based on the information provided by the client. The client must review and approve final content before publishing wherever applicable.

Dockwin shall not be liable for marketplace penalties, listing suppression, customer complaints, product returns or legal issues caused by inaccurate product information supplied by the client.

  1. Advertising and Performance Disclaimer

Dockwin may provide marketplace advertising or digital advertising support as part of the agreed service.

Ad spend is separate from Dockwin’s service fee unless clearly mentioned in writing. The client is responsible for funding ad accounts, campaign budgets and platform charges.

Dockwin does not guarantee fixed sales, fixed return on ad spend, fixed ranking, fixed conversion rate or fixed revenue because performance depends on several factors such as product demand, pricing, reviews, competition, inventory, images, marketplace algorithm, offers, delivery speed and customer behavior.

  1. Account Access and Security

Where account access is required, the client must provide secure access through authorized user permissions wherever possible. The client should avoid sharing sensitive passwords unnecessarily and should maintain two-factor authentication and account recovery details.

Dockwin will use marketplace access only for agreed service execution. The client remains the owner of their marketplace account, website, payment account and business data.

  1. Marketplace Policy Compliance

The client must comply with all marketplace policies, including product authenticity, pricing rules, customer communication guidelines, review policies, return policies, product safety rules and prohibited product rules.

Dockwin will not be responsible for account suspension, listing removal, payment hold, inventory block, ad disapproval or policy action caused by:

  • Fake documents
  • Restricted products
  • IP/trademark complaints
  • Counterfeit or duplicate products
  • Misleading claims
  • False reviews
  • Product quality complaints
  • Tax or billing mismatch
  • Marketplace policy violation
  • Client-side operational issues
  1. Account Reinstatement Support

Dockwin may assist with marketplace account reinstatement, appeal drafting, documentation guidance and communication support.

However, reinstatement approval is fully controlled by the marketplace. Dockwin does not guarantee successful reinstatement, release of blocked funds, restoration of listings or removal of account penalties.

  1. Website and Digital Support

If website development, landing page development, SEO, social media, Google Ads or digital marketing services are included, the scope will be separately mentioned in the proposal or invoice.

Any domain, hosting, plugin, theme, software, stock image, paid tool, payment gateway, marketplace subscription or third-party integration cost will be payable by the client unless included in writing.

  1. Reporting and Communication

Dockwin may share work updates, campaign updates, listing status, account health updates or reports based on the agreed service package.

The client is expected to review reports, provide approvals and act on recommendations within a reasonable time. Dockwin shall not be responsible for loss of opportunity caused by delayed approval or non-implementation of required actions by the client.

  1. Content and Creative Ownership

Content, designs, listings, videos, catalog formats, ad creatives or storefront assets created by Dockwin will be delivered for the client’s business use after full payment is received.

Dockwin reserves the right to use non-confidential work samples for portfolio, case study or marketing purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Raw files, editable files, templates, source files, strategy documents or working files will be shared only if included in the proposal or agreed separately.

  1. Payment Terms

Service fees must be paid as per the agreed quotation, invoice or service agreement. Monthly services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Dockwin may pause work, campaigns, listings, support or reporting in case of delayed payment.

Ad spend, marketplace fees, platform charges, shipping charges, storage fees, product photography cost and third-party charges are separate from Dockwin’s service fee unless specifically included.

  1. Cancellation of E-commerce Services

For monthly services, the client must give written cancellation notice before the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable once work has started.

For one-time services such as account launch, listing creation, A+ content, storefront creation, cataloging or reinstatement support, cancellation after work initiation will attract deductions for completed work, resource time and third-party costs.

  1. Confidentiality and Data Handling

Dockwin will handle client business information, account data, product data, sales data and advertising data responsibly. Such information will be used only for service execution, communication, reporting, troubleshooting and business support.

Dockwin will not sell or misuse client data. However, third-party marketplaces and tools will process data according to their own policies and systems.
